The CSC's philosophy of services is based on respect for the individual and tailoring services to best meet the needs of the individual.  The agency incorporates a cognitive approach to behavioral changes so the ex-offender can better understand and incorporate positive attitudes and improved decision-making abilities into their daily lives.
